Karen A. Oros, DVM
Dr. Oros completed her undergraduate work at LeMoyne College and obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University in 1990. Dr. Oros completed an internship at the University of Guelph. Dr.Oros practiced equine/companion animal medicine for 10 years, however, after opening Macedon Veterinary Care, Dr. Oros has restricted her practice to companion animal medicine. Dr. Oros is very knowledgeable in both feline and canine medicine. She has additional training in using ultrasonography for abdominal problems. Dr. Oros routinely performs ultrasound examinations at Macedon Veterinary Care. Dr. Oros donates time to the Ontario County Humane Society. Dr. Oros is a member of the AVMA, AAFP, and NYSVMS. In her spare time, Dr. Oros enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cairn terriers in the Bristol area
Maureen Zagursky, DVM
Dr. Zagursky completed her undergraduate work at St. Lawrence University and obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University in May, 2010. Dr. Zagursky is originally from Victor, NY and wanted to remain in the area after graduation. She started working for Macedon Veterinary Care in July, 2010. She shares her desk with the clinic cat but unfortunately "Mariah" refuses to help with her paperwork. Dr. Zagursky is a member of the AVMA, AAHA, AAFP, and NYSVMS. Dr. Zagursky is owned by her two cats, "Sugar" and "Cookie". In her spare time she enjoys watching movies, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
